"First visit three months ago complaint was ticking and knocking on cabinet walls.. found no issues at the time and no recordings. Customer also mentioned that geek quad from Best Buy replaced evaporator or not sure which parts the first couple of months they had it purchased. I explained to cuts to get with Best Buy customer service since this was an open box purchase.Customer called back to us and could hear minor knocks here and there second visit. Explained to customer about Freon lines built within cabby and service pointer to move drier 45-85 degree.. attempting to move refrigerator I found cabinet warped on front two sides where both kickplate ends meet and stoppers wrapped, cabinet and doors are all damaged. Again I explained to customer to get with Best Buy customer service since this is open box purchase and was damaged already.Cannot repair cabinet. Cannot repair Freon lines and knocking.
