"Checked unit and unit had a lot of junk stuck in the drain pump, I showed the customer and explained to them that was not a functional failure and will not be covered under warranty, the customer said to go ahead and fix it, so I drained the unit manually and cleaned the drain pump and removed all the junk, I ran a diagnostic and unit went through fine on the auto test after that"
