Upon arrival unit was not making any noise. Ran diagnostics got no error codes. Asked customer what was he experiencing and he mention the drum would wobble and make a lot of noise. I explained about unbalance loads and customer said hes wife is a teacher and knows how to load a washer. I then tested the washer with Jordan by putting 6 of their big towels and getting it wet. After being soaked we ran a spin and drain cycle to see if it will shake and make noise. But it ran normally as intended.
