Found signs of poor airflow and inspected the vent line discovered it was crushed, restricting proper airflow. I disconnected the vent and ran the dryer without the line connected; airflow was fully restored. When reconnecting the vent line, airflow was lost again. No internal clogs or mechanical issues were found with the appliance itself. Advised the customer to address the crushed vent line and home vent system to improve performance. Unit was not shifting and was not going into diagnostic mode. After resetting multiple times i was able to get it into diag mode but buttons have been pushed too hard where it will hardly read properly. When in diag mode it gave me f0e3 overload condition which means loads were too heavy and f0e9 error codes for off balance. Washer cycles in diag but not when in a normal wash setting. Unit needs a new actuator and display board and potentially shocks. I informed them that this unit is not designed for commercial use and will potentially keep getting damaged due to heavy towel loads and way too frequent use. Actuator- $134.88Pcb- $240.86Labor- $350Total after taxes with diag discounted is $623.29Cuato.er will decide and then call us back if approved
