"After replacing the drain pump, it was attempting to drain, but it was struggling like there was something caught in the P-trap and it wasnt allowing the dishwasher to drain properly. After a couple of attempts, it eventually pushed whatever was in the way and began to drain properly. I recommended the customer to run the unit with affresh and if it were to clog up again. It would need a plumber to clear out whatever is getting caught up in the P-trap. As of now, the unit is working properly as designed."
