After checking in the back the filter dryer was ran over top of the compressor, and it was vibrating on the filter dryer, causing it to rattle vent. Upon arrival and after diagnosing I could not recreate the issue. The unit ran without any leaks but I believe its because the suds have drained. I noticed the cusotmer was using cascade platinum plus which is a highly concentrated pod and using jet dry rinse aid on top of that. I believe the water that was coming out while the cusotmer used the unit was from over suds. The unit it self is working properly as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection there was no error codes on unit (picture attached). I tested every component everything passed functioning normal. Customers concern was hearing a sizzling sound from freezer compartment. I let the customer know that's normal sounds when unit goes into defrost cycle heater element turns on.
