Customer did mention that Best Buy had come already and told him it was the seal system. I saw the panel in fridge that was frozen and explained to customer that needs to be address first before determining if its the seal system. He said Best Buy didnt looked at that. While we were talking the panel UI started beeping again PO. I explained to customer that he has a few problems going on with his fridge.
