Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed that the unit had no power. I then found a loose plug from the console to the control board. Once securing the connection the unit started and heated with no issues. It is now working properly as designed.

sr#7742467705 upon arrival unit is shocking when you touch it and made a loud spark at the front hinge. called techline and checked all wires and seen no pinch wires or any bad wires. they said it might be bad plug or the maintenance connected the wires wrong. safety will get in contact with them.

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not create or re-create any issue. I did notice a small amount of frozen water in the bottom drawer of the freezer compartment. I believe its coming from ice residue thats left in the ice dispenser and eventually melting. I mentioned to the customer after ice is being used to every now and then make sure no small pieces are left or caught in the dispenser door. The freezer temps, water chute, and seals all check out and are working properly. The unit is working properly as designed."

"ICE COMPARTMENT 7 Degrees REFRIGERATOR SECTION 36 Degrees at the top and 33 at bottom FREEZER SECTION -5 degrees at bottom and 6 Degrees at the top Went to test mode 56 to check for icemaker error codes and it was displaying E0 which is no errorsRan through test mode, 57 icemaker harvest, and it passed the test displaying 01 which is a passTest mode 37 for the icebox temp sensor displaying zero one for a passThen ran test 19 for the fill tube heater for a few minutes and then test mow 45 for icemaker filled but the unit would not fill with water still could hear the valve kicking on, but theres no water filling into the icemaker. Its either frozen up or blocked at the valve**** Customer also mentioned that they are going to try and get the unit replaced and swapped out with another refrigerator since they have only had this one for three weeks and just purchased it brand new and are already having issues.
