Unit evaporator is frozen over because of bad heater wire and need to be defrosted for repair. Consumer has been dealing with Lowes for more than two months and was told there was nothing they could do per consumer. Does not want repaired. Consumer wants a new unit and a formal apology from Whirlpool. I apologized to the customer for having to go through all that she has been through. She asked that all of this be put in writing and sent to them.
