Upon arrival the customer was very kind and show me where the washer is at. I ran a diagnostic and found error code F7E6 ( Motor fault) I then ran a service diagnostic and everything including motor work fine. I also ran a drain and spin cycle and the washer was not making any noise. At this point I ask customer if the noise is heard while spinning and he confirm yes I explained to him about uneven loads and heavy loads. He told me he put 4 king size sheets. I explained to customer that is not recommended due to the size of washer and how that can cause to overload and unbalanced. At this point customer begin to say negative comments about the washer and wanted me to take it with me and exchange it for him. I explained that we dont do that and we only service them. He began to say Do whatever you need to do so i explained to him i would order him a motor because of the code. He wanted me to stay for a full cycle of rinse and spin and I explained to him i can only stay until it starts to spin but not for the whole cycle. He began to get mad and said I will call whirlpool and tell them you dont have time and have to go At this point it was hard trying to explained things because customer no longer would let me finish my sentences. I called tech line to document SR 7734087386; ordrng 1 W10890624 (Motor)

Looks like they have a filter issue that isnt related to the machine turned water on and off and water started to flow into machine. They may want to have a plumber check the under counter system
