The customer mentioned that the middle Back Burner knob was Left on the ignite position for a good while, and the same day the gas company went out and said there was a leak in the middle back burner. The customer mentioned that they believe it was just the middle back burner knob that was left on the ignite position releasing gas. They just wanted to confirm that everything was ok and that there wasnt a leak. Customer explained that every time she wants to use cooktop her shirt touches the oven console. She needs to lock the console and after multiple attempts with lock console F9E0 will appear. Customer reset breaker. I couldn't recreate problem with me only with customer. I called techline and they said unit is working as designed and can potentially be static. Case number is 21664109
