Inspected DW for signs of water overflow Ran diagnostics and everything checked out. Customer has water softener system and using pods with dawn. Advised to only use recommended liquid detergent Called tech support to document SR#7734378486Customer upset that I did not find anything wrong. I noticed fork sticking outside potentially keeping the spray arm from moving and creating a leak. Ran DW for 15 minutes and did not see any leaks. Customer stated that she turns ON/Off DW every time she uses machine. Advised to just leave ON

"Customer does not agree with me that tub does not have any damages. Customer did not want to fully explain what happened to the washer, only that it does not spin or wash clothes. Error codes for tachometer readings no up to speed and water temp fail to speed. I Did not find any loose wiring.. could be a wire shorted somewhere. Would not let me run diagnostics after attempting to recalibrate. Machine will not respond. Advised customer of part order and customer is extremely upset that I do not have control boards, gearcases, rotors, stators, and clutches in my vehicle to repair her washer on site. I explained to customer how part orders work and that this will be a two person job.
