"F8E4 overflow switch open Float switch Tray at the bottom of the dishwasher has water inside of it engaging the float switch emptied out the water out of the tray and Ran diagnostic test on unit everything is operating and functioning properly without anything leaking under the unit but there was excessive suds inside of the unit without even putting any soap inside of the unit. I started a regular wash cycle at 2:40 to watch the unit for leaks and checking to make sure everything is good underneath the unit to figure out why it keeps filling the float switch tray underneath the unit let it run Until 3:15 and there is 0 leaks from any components under the unit Case#22118025Spoke with Techline and let them know the issues that were happening and how many times Ive ran multiple cycles on it and have not found any components leaking underneath the unit and if theres an excessive amount of suds inside of the unit without putting any soap inside of there Techline advise that the reason that this issue keeps on occurring is because the soap suds are drying inside of the unit and then the customer loads it again and puts another pod and after it happens multiple times it is a buildup of soap and the customer needs to run cleaning cycles through it once to twice every two weeks to avoid this issue from continuously happening and also advise the customer to try and change soaps possibly to a liquid so that she can control the amount of soap going into the unitOther than that, the unit is operating as designed everythings good to go no leaks and everythings functioning properly"

Changed motor and noise still exist. Reinstalled old motor and advised customer of problem. Unit needs the Gearcase. Customer refused estimate

Found open thermal fuse. Removed and replaced thermal fuse. Checked vent hose and tested; used 1 Wp3392519 (Fuse) from stock

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I noticed that the drain pump wire came loose, causing the unit to give the F9E1 error code. After securing the connection properly the unit drained the water and passed a diagnostic cycle. The unit is now working properly as designed."
