"Ran unit to try to diagnose issue unit made it through 3 batches of ice while I was present unit seems to be working as intended. Noise that customer called us out about was the refrigerant churning in the evaporator. Notified customer that the only way to fix it is sealed system repair. Customer ok with not going through that repair due to it not affecting performance. Only issue that I did find on unit was a very small leak around the bottom pump on the water reservoir, but the leak is small enough that it at the moment does not affect performance"
