Upon arrival customer mention that he has had this problem before of top shelf in fridge freezing and that someone came before to adjust and it got better then it started to freeze again. I took a picture of how I found the fridge. I checked temp and the fridge was on 36 degrees F. I then explained to customer that whirlpool recommends no liquids on top shelf and to keep food 5 inches away from vent. I also explained to customer that whirlpool recommends to have all three drawers together and to adjust temperature to liking.
