Upon arrival I ran the unit twice in diagnostics and it passed both times. All components seem to working fine. I did notice a F0E9 error code meaning off balance. After calling Techline and asking the customer a couple more questions seems like the washer machine has not been put through a cleaning cycle. I mentioned to the customer on the importance of cleaning the unit and flushing all old detergent by using the cleaning cycle. Seem like the older detergent is coming out causing more detergent than necessary.SR# 7740178745

"Last callout was because of a banging noise inside the washing machine that was a miss diagnose because when I opened the top of the washing machine, there was a stray piece of metal for a support that was not taken out, and it was banging around and damaged the door, lock, wire harness, and the control board Customer is going to reach out to Home Depot to get a refund. Said he will contact me by the end of the day to know if we need to order parts for it or not.Customer confirmed need to order parts ; ordrng 1 W10168546 (Harness cover) and 1 W10664387 (Wire harness (lower)) and 1 W11290055 (Main control unit) and 1 W10375379 (Door lock)"
