Advised the customer if there is not frequent ice usage, and the ice is sitting in there whenever youre opening and closing the freezer door, it is going to get condensation on the cubes and then after you close the door, they will freeze together and cause big clumps if there is not frequent ice, you should advise a customer to dump the ice once to twice every 1 to 2 weeks. other than that, the unit is operating and functioning as designed."
