Diagnostics went through fine.Customer cannot out heavy loads in sanitize cycles this causes the washer to not function and to stop in the middle of the load.I put a load of towels on a towel cycle and it ran through the whole cycle. All operations are correct and could not duplicate issue from customer experience. The owners manual does not have information on the cycles for the customer to learn and follow directions from.
