Upon arrival I ran the unit twice in diagnostics and it passed both times. All components seem to working fine. I did notice a F0E9 error code meaning off balance. After calling Techline and asking the customer a couple more questions seems like the washer machine has not been put through a cleaning cycle. I mentioned to the customer on the importance of cleaning the unit and flushing all old detergent by using the cleaning cycle. Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection i ran unit no burning smell when i was there. Unit does have bad slider can cause burning smell (pictures attached). Will need parts order.; ordrng 1 W10734521 (Slider) and 1 W10754448 (Clutch)
