"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I ran the unit through diagnostics and it ran perfectly fine with no error codes. I also ran a drain and spin and the unit was running properly as designed. There is no abnormal shaking or sounds. The only sounds I did hear were from the water and drain lines bouncing in the back of the unit and hitting the back panel. I pointed it out and the customer mentioned he would tie them up so they wont bounce anymore. The unit is currently working fine."
