The unit is connected to an outlet that is tied in to a GFCI outlet next to it, not sure how many other outlets are tied in the same circuit/same load for that GFCI outlet. Potential cause other items are pulling current and causing gfci outlet to trip. Would have the customer call electrician to have the washer on its own NON-GFCI outlet/breaker.
