"Entered diagnostics and retrieved two error codes: F5E2 (lid fault) and F7E1 (basket speed), with the unit unable to complete the test cycle. Inspection underneath the unit revealed the drive belt was off and the belt guard was damaged (see pictures). The belt was reinstalled and the guard was adjusted. After repairs, the unit was retested and all operations are functioning as normal. The washer is now able to lock the lid, agitate, and reach proper spin speeds during the rinse cycle.Noted that the control board indicator lights do not illuminate when selecting a cycle; however, the lights do turn on once any cycle is started and the unit operates normally.
