"I ran a diagnostic and unit had error codes. F4E3, F7E1, I cleared them out and ran an auto test and unit went through fine, the customer was complaining the unit was too noisy for her, I explained to customer it is related to the installers no installing the insulation all the way around that came with it, and that could be possible because there no room for the insulation to fit because the unit is fitting to tight in the cabinet and seams like they forced it in like that, so I referred the customer back to the installer, the unit is working as it's designed"
