Upon arrival customer mention that dishwasher is drying plates but leaves water drops in door liner. Ran diagnostics and found no error codes. Checked heater and its coming on. I asked customer if they are using rinse aid and they are not. I recommended Rinse Aid and HE detergent. Dishwasher is working as intended.
