"customer blow out the thermal fuse once again, change fuse with truck stock and tested temps. I was getting 144 at peak & 102 at lows and I have continuity with the thermostat sensor. I then asked the customer to show me how they use the unit and what setting they use to get a better idea of why the thermal fuse keeps burning out. Customer show me they use the time dry setting, max out at 90 mins and max heat doesn't matter the size of the load. Foil flexible duct is being used and crushed behind unit and its in a small round. With bad airflow and being max out on heat & time customer keeps burning thermal fuse. I replaced and unit is working but advise to review the owners manual to properly use unit and setting"
