Upon arrival i diagnose unit. After inspection customer has poor air flow when connected to wall. The way the house vent was build it has couple of dips curves inside wall. I showed customer when not connected to wall there is good suction strong air flow. I let machine run for a while message of air flow never showed up. Once connected to house wall vent. It weekends suction cause low air flow and message pops up. Customer understood. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I diagnose unit. No error codes found. I did diagnostic cycle machine finished normally. I explain to customer water level will never be high. I showed her on owners manual and up to where it will fill up. She confirm it. I told her about deep water will give her a little more water into unit. Unit is working as designed.
