Customer complaint was that she heard loud vibration noises During cooking Turned on all burners and oven all are working as designed and no noise was able to duplicate After asking customer several questions she finally stated that she had been out of the country for 6 months and when she came back and used after being gone so long then when that noise happened I advised customer that was not able to duplicate and that potentially the unit had air trapped in lines and needed to be purged therefore the noises.
