Upon arrival i began with pulling the unit out as far as i could to get to control board access back panel - When doing so i discovered infestation of roaches due to user care neglect (see pictures) This repair will not be covered under warranty

"Tenant claims the freezer isn't cold enough and items are melting, Also the refrigerator is too cold and freezing his produce. I started with the freezer and it's blowing cold air as normal, i notice the frozen food and a big bag of ice he had in FC (see pictures) I asked how long has he had the food and the bag of ice in the freezer - he said since the weekend which would be a total of 4 days since and everything is still frozen no sign of anything melting or a frozen sheet of water of any kind from melted ice in FC. I then turn my attention to the RC which he claims is too cold - again by the pictures taken you can see he has produce out on the shelves and not in the drawers to help/prevent this from happening to fruit or produce. I did adjust his temperature setting to the lowest and explain he has control over temperature settings and how to change them. The implication of the freezer being too hot and the refrigerator being too cold is strange cold air is being circulated from the freezer down to the refrigerator - we wouldn't be getting cold air circulating through if the freezer wasn't making it."
