Checked unit with airfolw meter and found poor airflow with vent ine connected and good airflow with vent line off. Unit checks ok. Advised customer to have vent cleaned from wall to exit from house.

Checked uit for error codes and none found. Did find drain line stuck about 18' or so down wall drain pipe. Zip tied to about 6'inside drain pipe. Ran manual test cycles and auto test cycle and unit checks ok and has normal sounds and operations.

I secured gas supply line coming into regulator.

I advised that since I found it without dryer hose I left it the way I found it. That the customer would have to install the hose. She then had a Bigger Fit.....started to accuse me of being un proffesional and rude just. I did not want to continue her back n forth so I just grabbed my tools and told her..Ma'am your dryer is now fixed, heating properly have a good day. She folowed me 1/2 way to the driveway still arguing. I did not pay no more attention....I was moving ON to my next customer.....Called Trade team to Document CASE# 22422069"
