Customer has been living in house hover a year ago and claims that this issue has been like this sine the beginningI asked why has he not reported it. He really could not give me an answer. He had gas company come out and inspect meter and was fine. Called tech line to document and per tech support high humidity in the home would change the air mixture that could affect the flames. Tried to inform that to customer but he just started to get loud and rude and did not let me finish. I also noticed he has a small humidifier machine next to range burners.
