Check unit to find all operations working as design on arrival technician ran a quick cycle. The unit never cut off nor did it break. The breaker technician informed customer that he needs to take the unit out of the GFCI outlet and change it to a standard outlet unit is OK. Customer informed technician that the unit would work for two months and then one day out of the blue. It breaks the breaker he was informed that that is an electrical issue and that GFCI is possible to do that because it is a arc breakertechnician reported to Whirlpool safety. If customer calls back there is a service request on the Doc pictures. Refer him to Whirlpool about breaker breaking.

Check unit and replaced broken door strike and checked operations. Unit is now working as designed customer was informed that she has to be careful when loading her clothing and closing the top. The strike is very fragile. Unit is OK.
