"Went to review customer's complaint and parts request from previous tech to confirm the problem and if any additional parts will be needed - upon arrival customer had unit pulled out and back cover removed, when reviewing i discovered previous work done to the seal system components - Replay, Filter drier & compressor has been changed. Due to this a number of reason could be cause of the unit is having cooling issues - system could be contaminated, clogged, faulty parts etc. Asked customer who he had working on the unit before and couldn't give me a clear answer, he mentioning he had someone there 8 months ago changing parts and now he is having cooling issues once again.
