"Upon arrival, the unit was cooling in freezer but fridge was warmer. I adjusted motor evap housing and noticed same ice build up from previous call. I put my level and unit is now properly leveled. I asked customer if the ice build up happened before or after the unit was leveled. Wife was upset walks out of room and husband comes in saying they haven't touched it since previous call. Customer were very upset I tried explaining why this was happening due to previous call the fridge being uneven.
