"Upon arrival customer had 2 issues. He mention upper rack was not working properly and not washing.I diagnosed and inspected unit. Upper rack came off from its track because the end lock retainer was not clipped on. I removed rack and reinstall it. Problem fix.I advised customer on using rinse aid unit did not have rinse aid, and filter was very dirty with residue. Showed customer how to remove filter and we clean it. Ran cycle unit is working as designed."
