"Checked unit and everything was working as it's designed, but customer was insisting there was something wrong with unit because unit wasn't holding the heat, so I replaced the thermostat and cutoff, I advised them to keep the vent clean going to the outside, and also explained to customer on how to use the unit correctly ; used 1 3387134 (Thermostat), and 1 W10900067 (Cutoff) from stock"
