"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not create or re-create any issue. The freezer temperatures were in range and the refrigerator temperatures were also fine. All the thermistors and evaporator fans were also working properly. The freezer evaporator had good frost patterns. I did notice condensation icicles in the freezer, but the freezer door gasket was in good condition. The customer mentioned his child does open and close the freezer door often. I believe the door mightve not completely shut leading to the condensation icicles in the freezer compartment which could also potentially be leading to temperature fluctuations. As of today, the unit was cooling properly."
