"I checked the unit with my leak detector and bubbles multiple times, and no leaks were found. I was there with the Miss more than 30 minutes showing her there were no leaks, while she was with her husband on the phone and I answered all their questions and then the Miss said I had to wait until her husband got there, I asked her on how long it was going to take and she kept saying it's around the corner, and he took more than ten minutes to get there, and when he was walking in the door, he was screaming and yelling that what the hell I was saying, and that he can smell the gas leak all the way to his driveway, and that the unit has a leak and that he is a comercial licensed plumber and also his dad is a military commercial plumbers better than him And if they say it's leaking it leaking, and if I don't know what I'm talking about, it's better not to say anything, and the way he wanted to prove to me that it's leaking is that he is going to turn the burner and after that I had to scan it with the leak detector and if the leak detector detects something it's because it's leaking , I explained to him I can do that with bubbles and he refused and he wanted to use the leak detector, I explained to him that the leak detector will detect resido left in the pipes , and he didn't understand and I referred him to contact customer service, I called and documented with tech line File # 24418514"

"Showed up to the house customers complaint was the unit was not cooling and its making a loud rattling noise opened up the freezer section and found that everything was disconnected and not put together and the wires were hitting. The fan also found that the evaporator lines coming out of the cabinet were soldered shut, and the unit was called in for replacement with Whirlpool in November 2025 but Im guessing the unit was not replaced provided the customer with the case#21675723 we advised him to call into Whirlpool customer service and get the unit swapped out or figure out what exactly is going on closing the ticket out for tripping diagnostic"
