Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection unit was good. I made customer aware everything they where experiencing was cause by water filter. The white powdery dust looks to be calcium magnesium (picture attached). Unit is being supplied very hard water. Everything started after replacing water filter. I adviced try different water filter and to flush 2 to 4 gallons of water if not flush correctly can cause leak. I couldnt duplicate concern leak only white residue.Unit passed all test. Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection unit had 2 knobs missing and burner heads. I tested one of the valves without knobs was open releasing gas. I turned it off and tested. Unit passed no leaks no carbon monoxide present.I made customer aware to make sure unit is turn off and have burner caps on unit correctly. Unit is working as designed.

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I could not re-create the issue. The unit heated to the temperature that I would set it to without any issues. The customer mentioned that when the issue initially happened they flipped the breaker off and on and the unit began to work and has been working ever since. "Need to write up a quote for the suspension rods were in the unit through two test modes and it was banging around.
