Excellent service, parts delivery took a little longer due to holiday’s. James the technician identified the problem (wiring harness) during the initial visit and explained to our understanding. He also made the repairs and offered advice on the machines operation. We will use ASI for future appliance needs.

It literally took over five weeks to get my oven working again. Part of the issue is a part was ordered, which took forever. Then, after it was installed, it turned out that another part was needed which also took forever to arrive. I’m disappointed in the length of time it takes for parts to be ordered and delivered to the technician. Considering the length of time I was waiting, I think that the part should have been expedited and I should’ve been made a priority in terms of scheduling. I also Had to wait a whole week after the part arrive because of scheduling availability. Five weeks without an oven with two school-age kids was very difficult. I’m very disappointed!
