Sandra said Russ was very professional.

Russell did a very good job and was very informative about what needed to be repaired. I will admit, his beard was a bit off-putting and I kept having visions of it getting caught in some piece of equipment. Fortunately, that did not happen.

Overall pretty good and the technician did a great job. Timing could have been improved on ASI’s end as the repair took over a month.
