Russell claimed to be an expert in the ice maker brand and insisted that the drain pump had gone out after only having the appliance for 6 months. “They go out all the time.” After not having ice for 3 weeks, my wife cleaned the machine, hit reset and the ice make came back on. It has being working properly for 3 weeks. We will be using a different company in the future. Waste of time and money!!!
