"unit needs blower wheel, motor, clamp, and idler; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel) and 1 W11364931 (motor) and 1 W10837240 (idler pulley) and 2 WPW10121316 (clamp)s"

ran check on controls. discovered that ice maker was turned off on control panel. turned ice maker on . unit tested ok. advised cust on ice off light on control panel.

"unit is brand new oven, just installed. cust stated that unit has never worked. F9E0. unit is not wired properly. advised cust that it is most likely an installation issue that must be corrected by installer. cust is having electrical issues with several circuits in thier kitchen remodel. unit is also missing vent trim at bottom of oven. ordering trim; ordrng 1 W11648980 (vent) and 1 W11714646 (trim) and 4 WPY706189 (screw)s"
