The person in the parts department was NOT helpful. I have a back ordered part for my refrigerator that has been back ordered 3 or 4 times. She would not give me an answer about what the problem was. She just kept saying over and over the the part was not in stock. She did not offer to call the vendor to try and find out when it could possibly be available. She just said over and over that it is not in stock. She did not offer any advice about what I should do. They first looked at my refrigerator the end of November and it is now middle of February. This is very frustrating. A new refrigerator would be $10,000 to $14,000 versus $2500 if they could get the part and fix it. Everyone else at ASI was wonderful but not impressed with how they handle the parts and this particular woman that I spoke with
