The serviceman said nothing could be done. The burner’s on the stove are not able to be lowered. I can’t believe that the manufacturer made a stove that the low setting is medium and the medium is high. Everything is cooking too!!!! High

Roosevelt took the time to understand the issue I was having with my double oven. He even called whirlpool for assistance, but they could not figure out and resolve the issue. I will just have to deal with it I guess. He did also show me how to calibrate the temperature if needed. He was very helpful. He also replaced the ice maker in the freezer so we will see in a day or two if it starts making more ice.
