unit has bad air restriction. Tested airflow with unit connected to vent system and disconnected - when connected unit has no air circulation/suction versus when disconnected proper airflow is restored allowing unit to be dry as intended. Unit is working as design customer must get home vent system clean and cleared of clog or restrictions. Must show proof real issue has been address before rescheduling over same issue or service fee collected

Takes too long to get repairs. No emergency service for refrigerator repair. 3 weeks to get repaired is unacceptable for a frig. Not repairman’s fault. Ociel was very knowledgeable and efficient but at mercy of company policy. Have to use your repair service because of warranty which I already paid for. Whirlpool should be aware of this and adjust something. No refrigerator for 3 wks is awful. Refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Also unacceptable. I am unhappy with this refrigerator.
