Inspected door hinge movement and found a screw had broken leaving the broken piece inside the hole cavity. This screw held the door secure. Showed customer findings and advised since the screw broke inside the hole I could not attempt to remove and risk damaging further the door. I advised they could attempt to remove it themselves but I could not due to the liability concerns. I sent them a quote for new door just in case they decided to replace door instead
