The expert sent out offered no solution to the issue with the washer, and was not helpful on next step in regards to warranty, I understand he is not an officer of the warranty but we were left with a still broken washer and no guidance on what happens next. He complained about the laundry room being small, what am I supposed to do about that? Overall would have hoped a recommended technician would have behaved in a more professional, knowledgeable, and polite manner.
