Knowledgeable, friendly, good communication, all around professional

Ivan came to my house three times. He diagnosed my problem and reset the machine, but it didn't work. I called to reschedule him and requested that he bring the parts he needed to complete the task. He didn't bring the new control board after diagnosing the first visit. He had to order the part and it took weeks for it to return. I called after two weeks to check the status of my control board, I was then scheduled another week later for him to return to fix my washing machine. He was friendly and anexpedient when he came to repair my machine. I am concerned about the time it took to diagnose and fix my problem which I know it's not only his problem.
