Gary always called to confirm the time he would be at my house and he showed up within that time window. He was courteous and friendly and he worked quickly and efficiently. On the first visit he diagnosed the problem with my icemaker and ordered new parts. On the second visit he quickly installed the new parts. We were very happy with the service he performed.

Gary has worked on several appliances in our home including our refrigerator, microwave and washer / dryer. He is one of the kindest people we've encountered through service experiences and we know when we see him coming to the door...that the issue will get resolved. Highly professional and definitely recommended.
