Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. I went into diagnostic everything passed working normal. I checked fans every component individually and everything was normal. I couldnt recreate the noise customer heard. Customer stated that it hasnt made noise lately. I adviced to record video. Unit temperatures are normal cooling making ice. Unit is working as designed.

Unit constantly draining. Control board not resetting. ; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control Board)

Upon arrival i replaced parts. After replacement i tested unit. No more noise out of norm. Everything passed working. Customer also mention unit pauses and then continues. I checked air flow did test with air flow card. Unit did not drop card once with air duct connected to unit. I disconnected air vent from unit card drop all times and machine did not paused. Customer to get air vent duct in house fix. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection error F8E4 float switch. I replaced float switch from TS. I made customer aware the soap being use had Dawn 2x that can produce over suds causing this. Ib tested unit. Unit passed. Unit is working as designed. ; used 1 W11545764 (Float switch) from stock

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Error codes F7E7 and F9E1. Unit is not draining drain pump humming not engaging will need parts order. ; ordrng 1 W11543994 (Control Board) and 1 W11396717 (Drain Pump) and 1 W11569161 (Harness Lower)
