Upon arrival I replaced parts. After replacement unit was still not powering on. I called Techliine with did troubleshooting polarity was incorrect junction box wires where crossed from installation. Wired it correctly and replaced also bad fuse line. Afterwards I tested unit all operations passed tested ok. Unit is working as designed.; used 1 W11397505 (I'm line fuse) from stock

Upon arrival at diagnosed unit. After inspection drain line hose was not flush sealing correctly. I remove and reinstall drain line hose and secured it with clamp. I tested afterwards all operations passed tested normal. I also made customer aware there is water leaking from the back wall between the drain pipe. Customer is to get lumber maintenance to get that fixed. Unit is working as design (pictures attached).

Upon arrival I replaced part. After replacement unit is no longer constantly draining pump on in flood mode. I ran diagnostic cycle unit completed normally. All operations passed tested normal. Unit is working as designed.

Alpine arrival diagnosed unit. Latch was broken I replaced with new one. New one was defective only only locks but it would not unlock it keeps getting catch stuck defective latch will have to order a new one.; ordrng 1 W11368616 (LATCH)
