Donnie was at my home two times . The first visit was to diagnosis my washer issue. He listened to my concerns. Upon looking at my machine he told me the problem and said they would need to order the parts. The parts were quick to come in. My appointment for Donnie’s return was only three days out. Donnie brought the parts and did the replacement and my washer is now fixed. He provided great service and ASI Appliance did great on getting my parts and the follow up visit scheduled.
