Customer just wanted the oven to be checked up on before the warranty expires set the oven to temp and it was within its calibration. Customer said sometimes things are undercooked so I showed the customer how to adjust the calibration if needed unit is operating as assigned all operations OK

Installed all parts all operations OK now all burners are lighting properly

"SR# 7740765755 customers complaint was the lock button for the control lock wasnt locking the door, but I explained to her that the unit only locked the door on self clean and will not lock the door when you turn on the control lock. It only locks the buttons from being used."

Need to order all of the burner heads and two knobs for the cooktop all of them are burned and discoloredAlso need to check the warranty summary make sure the unit is covered ; ordrng 1 W10597129 (Burner caps) and 1 8286813 (Front left burner) and 2 8286815 (Back burners)s and 1 8286814 (Front right burner) and 2 W11084623 (Burner knobs)s

checked unit out cust has wrong knobs on unit not letting igniter light correctly gave cust part number for knobs unit checked out
