Kayla did an awesome job. Was quick and polite with figuring out and explaining the problem with our washer.
Very disappointed however with the Maytag washing machine. Our three year old washing machine needed over $1,000 worth of work. None of it covered. I had a washer for over 10 years without any problems. I don’t wash comforters, dog beds or anything larger than a kind sheet set. Agitator stripped, leaking oil all over the floor under it and a list of other problems. Definitely not built to last.

Since the water from washer was dumped in kitchen drain, all the plumbing in the house was blocked and costed another $250 for the plumbing service to get the repair work done
