Joshua was on time, communicated well and was a polite and friendly guy. He quickly addressed what was wrong and got parts ordered to make the repair.

We got very lucky and ASI sent Gary to repair our new Maytag dishwasher. He diagnosed the problem immediately and found a water pump problem. He ordered a new pump, but in the meantime time he was able to adjust the pump mounting bracket? This got us up and working normally until the new pump arrived. We had no more failures btw after he did this. Once the pump arrived Gary and ASI worked with my wife’s schedule to come back with replacement pump.
