Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection no error codes found. I ran diagnostic cycle unit completed normally water dispensing. I then ran quick wash cycle. Unit was sensing and then started dispensing water working normal. Unit is working as designed(picture attached)

Upon arrival I replaced part. I added some insulation to absorb noise. Tested unit. All noises are normal nothing out of the norm customer verified. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. Went through diagnostics i activated every fan component working normal. Customer send video noises looks to be coming from back inverter. Will need parts order.; ordrng 1 W11578028 (Inverter Box)

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection Rt rear low flame. I adjusted rt rear burner gas valve. After adjustment flame normal. Unit is working as designed.
